It has to be said: sometimes I wonder about the common sense of those charged with looking after our children. Yes, you password protected it, and only parents can access it. Apparently. And you can only view the room your child is currently in. Apparently. So you can view your child constantly (although if you feel the need to do so then I'd be quite concerned - you clearly don't trust whoever is looking after your child) and any child that is in the same room as your child. Meaning any parent can see your child - as long as your child is in the same room as theirs.

Can you guarantee that all the parents able to view their child and other people's children are of a decent nature? Of course not!

I don't suppose the software is foolproof and dread to think what could happen if it did fall into the wrong hands. The wrong hands aren't necessarily unknown to the nursery. It's a terrible thing to think, I admit, but one parent cannot say they know every parent whose child attends that nursery - warts and all.

Be sensible - if you wouldn't allow a stranger to go to your child's school just to watch your child (let's face it - who would?) then don't allow your child to attend a nursery where they are going to be filmed almost constantly, the images potentially broadcast to every other parent whose child attends that nursery. If like me, you'd rather have more of a say over who is staring at your child, then say it with your feet - take your child to an alternate nursery.
